In 2014, NCCA heads to the Silverado Resort and Spa nestled in California’s world-famous Wine Country. This historic venue features state-of-the-art conference facilities, two PGA award-winning golf courses, 10 swimming pools, 200 nearby wineries, and much more.

Dr. Janet Lapp, a renowned speaker, psychologist, author, and consultant for workplace transformation, will deliver our keynote address. Dr. Lapp will reveal the results of decades of research into how to create loyal and emotionally connected customers. Audiences say she has a professor’s ability to translate complex theory into useable answers and a humorist’s knack for getting ideas across in an entertaining way.

A Registered Nurse who also holds a Ph.D. in psychology, Dr. Lapp was rated one year by Toastmasters as one of the top three speakers worldwide. She has appeared regularly on ABC, CNN, and NBC, and has helped hundreds of organizations around the world including Allstate, Blue Shield, IBM, Intel, Verizon, AT&T, Unilever, and P&G.
