In his keynote address to NCCA on Oct. 3, Keni Thomas will draw on his battlefield experiences to identify key aspects of outstanding leadership. His message of “Train as you fight, fight as you train, and lead by example” epitomizes the Army Ranger motto, “Rangers Lead the Way!”

 

In 1993, then-Sergeant Thomas served as part of an elite special operations mission depicted in the movie “Black Hawk Down.” Since leaving the Army, Thomas has become an award-winning country music artist.
